^Pumpkin Cream Cheese Spread...^
Cheese Spread
1 8-oz pkg cream cheese softened
1/2 cup canned pumpkin
1/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp vanilla
Beat all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl with an electric
mixer on medium speed until smooth. Cover and
refrigerate for at least 1 hour or up to 24 hours.
Makes 1-1/2 cups (24, 1-tablespoon servings).

^Easy Butterscotch Chip Chocolate Cookies^
1 (18.25 oz) box chocolate cake mix
1/2 C. Vegetable oil
2 eggs
2 C. (12 oz pkg.) Nestle Toll House Butterscotch Flavored Morsels
1/2 C. Chopped pecans
Combine cake mix, oil and eggs in large bowl. Stir in morsels and pecans. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets.
Bake in preheated 350 oven for 8-20 minutes or until centers are just set. Let stand for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.
